Flange Weld is a Texas Flange company, built on over three decades of experience manufacturing and supplying a complete line of pipe flanges for industrial applications. From standard weld neck flanges to custom-fabricated large-diameter components, we have the capability and the knowledge to fulfill demanding specifications on time.

Who We Are

Founded by experienced industry professionals with backgrounds in engineering and materials procurement, Flange Weld was established to provide a reliable, knowledgeable source for weld neck and welding flanges across the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and construction industries.

Our team understands what engineers and procurement specialists need: accurate documentation, consistent quality, and a supplier who knows the difference between Class 150 and Class 2500 without needing to look it up.

What We Supply

We stock and supply the full range of flange types and materials:

• Weld neck flanges — standard and long weld neck (nozzle flanges)
• Slip-on, socket weld, threaded, blind, and lap joint flanges
• Orifice flanges for flow measurement applications
• Large diameter flanges to 60″ OD per ASME B16.47 Series A and B
• Materials: carbon steel (A105), alloy steel (A182 F11, F22), stainless (F304, F304L, F316, F316L), duplex, and nickel alloys
• Pressure classes 150 through 2500, PN 2.5 through PN 250
• Facing types: Raised Face, Flat Face, Ring Type Joint, Male/Female

Standards and Compliance

All material is supplied per applicable ASME, ANSI, AWWA, and API standards. We provide full Mill Test Reports (MTRs) with every order, and third-party inspection is available upon request. Our domestic material is traceable from heat to finished product.

Custom Fabrication

When off-the-shelf flanges do not meet your requirements, we fabricate. Special bore sizes, non-standard facings, unusual alloys, and complex geometries are part of our daily work. Our engineering team can work from your drawings or assist with design to ensure the finished product meets your application requirements.

Our Commitment

We do not sell what we cannot stand behind. Every order leaves our facility with complete documentation, and our team is available to answer technical questions before, during, and after the sale. If something is not right, we fix it.
